What is the process if I choose to implement eGRACS On Demand?
The process begins with the establishment of a dedicated eGRACS hosted service for you. Once the service is established, eGRACS staff will assist you to setup or import your company data, relevant to the eGRACS modules licensed and complete the setup (including customisation) of your system for first use.
Will I get help setting up my data?
eGRACS support staff will assist you to setup your data by providing import templates in Microsoft Excel format. These templates, once populated, can be auotomatically loaded into the system. eGRACS also accepts data from database export file and many other file types.
How long will the initial setup take?
The initial setup time is subject to the number of users and the amount of data that you wish to import into the system. Our technical staff aim to have your new eGRACS system established and ready to use within one week.
eGRACS support staff work with you to conduct user training and complete the setup of module preferences based on the way your business operates.
How is eGRACS ERM Suite priced?
The pricing of eGRACS ERM Suite is based on a once off establishment fee which covers the initial system setup, hosting configuration, implementation and personnel training. An ongoing fee covering support, system enhancements and hosting services including backups and disaster recovery, is then paid either monthly, quarterly or yearly.

Can I choose to buy just the Risk Manager or Project Manager module?
Yes, the pricing model for eGRACS allows organisations to implement all modules within the suite or just the selected specific module(s).
What do I need to access the eGRACS system?
You require an Internet connection (preferably a broadband connection) and a compatible web browser on a desktop, laptop or mobile device.
What is the preferred Internet browser to use with eGRACS ERM Suite?
eGRACS is supported on all mainstream browsers, including Firefox, Google Chrome, MS Internet Explorer and Safari. In addition, mobile browsers running on Apple, Windows and Android systems can also be used to access the eGRACS system, however, some functionality may be limited depending on the platform. eGRACS is continually enhancing its products to improve browser compatibility and overall performance.
What mobile devices work with eGRACS ERM Suite?
eGRACS modules can be accessed on most mobile devices, given they have suitable browsers. Some systems which have been tested include the iPad, Android and Windows 8 tablet devices. Apple's safari browser operating on these devices has a good dela of functionality with the eGRACS products.
Do I need to install or update the software?
eGRACS On Demand is a hosted service, which means that there is no hardware or software required at your location other than a desktop, laptop or mobile device that is running a compatible browser and with access to the Internet.
eGRACS On Premise requires software to be installed and updated regularly. Documentation and training are provided when updates are released.
How is the software updated?
eGRACS works to update your eGRCAS ERM Suite with new features and enhancements throughout the year. Currently, at least two major upgrades are released per calendar year. Software updates are applied automatically and in most cases with very little or no downtime required. Documentation and training are available when updates are released.
Any updates that require downtime can generally be completed within approximately 30 minutes at a time that is convenient to you.
How often is my eGRACS data backed up?
eGRACS On Demand data is backed up and transferred offsite multiple times per day. Daily backups of eGRACS data are retained for 15 days, Weekly backups for 2 months, Monthly backups for 24 months and Yearly backups are retained forever.
What if the systems hosting eGRACS ERM Suite fail?
eGRACS On Demand have multiple redundancies built in and are constantly being monitoried and maintained to prevent any failures. However in the event of a catastrophic failure, multiple redundant hosting locations exist, where systems can be switched over to allow continued operation.
Where is eGRACS On Demand hosted?
eGRACS On Demand is hosted from servers in Australia and America with additional Disaster Recovery locations. Depending on where your core operation resides, the most appropriate hosting location is selected for speed, security and accessibility.
Is my data safe and secure?
Your data on eGRACS On Demand platform is protected by security measures that restrict access from anyone who does not have a user profile on your system with the correct level of access to the data concerned.
Who have access to my data?
Each of your designated staff will be assigned a user account to allow them to access your eGRACS system. You are able to control who has access to your data by utilising a comprehensive set of access levels for each of your users.
Established security measures restrict access to anyone who does not have authorisation to access your site via their own username and password.
Can I import and export my data?
eGRACS allows you to import specific data in predefined file formats. Please contact eGRACS staff for more information about importing data.
The system can also export custom reports, query results, logdata and other types of data in various file formats. Please contact eGRACS staff for more information about exporting data.
What training is provided?
eGRACS support staff provide comprehensive user training to cover the use of all eGRACS ERM modules. This training can be conducted in a one-on-one or in a group setting.
Training can be performed in person at your location, in our offices or remotely using web based screen sharing and tele-conferencing facilities.
What support is offered?
A full support service is offered and is included in your software licence fee. Please contact the eGRACS support team with any queries you may have throughout the period of your agreement. eGRACS also provides 24 hour system support and monitoring to ensure that your system is available and operating correctly.
What work practices are supported?
eGRACS allows you to customise work practice rules. The system incorporates a set of common rule types which support many international work practices. The workflow can also be modified to suit your specific requirements.
Does eGRACS comes with a Warranty?
Product warranty terms acceptable to both customer and eGRACS are discussed and agreed at contractual stage. Warranty details can be found in the Software Licence and Support Agreement or the Hosting Agreement as relevant.
What is a Group, Module and Domain in eGRACS ERM Suite?
Group represents a discrete area of the business that has similar risk profiles. For example, a business may offer certain products and services through designated delivery channels and dedicated systems. Each of these components (i.e. Product, Service, Channel and System) can be defined as a group and related risks managed easily.
Module is a combination of Groups that relate to a specific area of risk universe and require similar governance oversight and control assurance.
Domain represents a business vertical (e.g. a service function, product line) or operational area (e.g. North America, Europe, Australasia) or teams (e.g. Delivery, Support, Design) that exist in an organisation.
Why Zend Optimizer or ionCube Loader is needed to be installed for eGRACS On Premise?
eGRACS ERM Suite is pre-compiled and encoded for code protection as well as optimal performance. You will need Zend Optimizer or ionCube Loader suitable for your platform installed in order to be able to run the code.

After updating eGRACS On Premise to the latest version, some functionality seems to be not working?
This indicates that browser cache may not be fully cleared of previous software version components. It is important to clear browser cache regularly, as this removes components of the previous software version and loads new version components for faster operation.
